FREE Farmer's Market

As part of our involvement in the Healthy Chicago Equity Zone program, SWC will be bringing a monthly FREE Farmer's Market to Garfield Ridge, thanks to our friends at Chicagoland Food Sovereignty Coalition. We'll be there until supplies last - first come, first served.
